Return Policy

Your comfort and satisfaction is our priority and we hope you'll be happy with your order. If for some reason your not, we will gladly accept returned merchandise in original condition with original packaging and tags still attached within 30 days of the delivery date.

We cannot accept any laundered, visibly worn or Embroidered items. Shipping fees on returns must be pre-paid. Unfortunately original shipping/processing fees are non-refundable. We do pass on a 15% - 20% restocking fee imposed upon us by the manufacturer to the consumer. In the case an item is defective or you were shipped the wrong item, you will be credited the shipping amount once we receive the defective/wrong item and you will not be subject to the 15% restocking fee. Please also allow up 14 business days for us to process your return/exchange. Please contact customer care to request a RMA and please provide us with your Customer #, Order # and products you wish to return/exchange. All this information is available on the receipt sent via e-mail when the order was originally placed or you can access this information under your account when logged in.

Overview:
• Original unworn condition with tags still attached
• 15% - 20% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges
• 30 Days from delivery date
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, look at size charts for reference
• Return shipping is paid by customer unless defective/wrong item received
• No returns will be processed without an Return Merchandise Authorization #, commonly referred to as an RA or RMA
